Lately, every where I turn, I seem to be finding an ad for "vaginal tightening cream" and wonder does this thing work or is it simply the cheap/inexpensive alternative to what women want, a tighter vagina? So I have asked myself and done some research. Apparently these "creams", whether natural or not, promise to deliver a "tighter vagina" and a more pleasing sexual encounter. Now the question is do these creams work?
I guess we can take a look at other creams too for help. If anti-aging creams are so effective, why do we still elect to have face lifts or botox? If anti-cellulite creams make us slim and trim for a tiny fraction of the cost of lipo, why do millions of men and women still turn to lipo and lap bands?
The reality is, even if these creams (vaginal tightening creams included) work, how long will the results last? Are they permanent? How much cream do I need to apply to have a lasting tight vagina? The fact of the matter is, it depends on you.
If you are experiencing minor vaginal relaxation issues, then a cream might work for you.
However, most of the women I would see were way past creams and kegels. They had real structural issues.
In the end, only you can choose whether vaginal surgery (Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation, Vaginoplasty, Vaginal Tightening) is for you. The results are designed to be permanent and depending on your needs, could help with more important issues like vaginal prolapse, Stress Urinary Incontinence, etc.
And if you do decide to try a cream, make sure you research the ingredients in it first and how they may affect you. I wouldn't want to put just anything in or on my body!
